11/13/2022 0 Comments Deckel dialog 11 manual englishMy current problem is the change of the working level to G18. After some research I found a postprocessor for the Dialog 11 control which spits out NC codes that are useful for the first half ( -edit-help / td-p / 6093789) With a few manual touch-ups, the machine moves and does roughly what it should. The goal is that after the CAD data have been created, they are processed on a "Lid FP5CC / T". Fusion 360 is still new territory for me. I am a trained mechanical engineer, study product design (manual and material culture) and as part of an internship at a very small company I should determine if Fushion 360 is useful for them.Īt my former job i worked a little with SolidEdge and now mainly with Rhino and a little ArchiCAD. I heard some rumours about tool changer being not too good,Īny experience? No personal experience but I've heard the same thing and every tool changer Deckel I've ever seen for sale had something wrong with it.ĭo you like the 11 controll? Yes.but then I'm not actually using it much.still waiting on someone like Ross to get a D11 machine, as he would be the ultimate "comparison" guruĭoes it support everything of the Dialog 3 or is it really different. At first sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker. Once a new EPROM was plugged in, all was fine. one EPROM lost one hex file bit, which therefore caused a check sum error and therefore the control would not boot up. The trouble I had with mine was highly unusual, but could happen with any control in theory. They are more expensive to repair however if something ever does go wrong. I and another fellow had trouble with our D11 but all the reports from the folks who know about all the D11 machines out there in the field (like DMG techs) report they are more reliable than earlier Dialogs. Does it still have so many controll boards like the older Dialog? It has "modules" rather than "boards" and is way more compact electronicallyĭoes it have AC servos? Mine (1989 FP2A) doesn't but maybe some do.
